Booking your appointment is simple and ensures your time with us is reserved just for you. A small deposit confirms your slot and helps us provide the best experience for every client.

Secure Your Appointment
To ensure your appointment is reserved just for you, we require a deposit:

Standard bookings: 50% deposit of the service price.

Same-day or out-of-hours bookings: Full payment required.
Your appointment is not secured until payment is received.

How to Pay Your Deposit
Bank transfer details will be sent to your mobile. Once we receive your deposit, your appointment will be confirmed and ready for your grooming experience.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

No-shows, late cancellations, or late rescheduling: Full service price will need to be paid before your next appointment.

VIP members: 50% charge applies for late cancellations or no-shows.
